Cancellation, Refund & Replacement Policy Last updated: October 2025 At JoyKart, we value every order. Please read our policies carefully before making a purchase. 1. Order Cancellation Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled under any circumstances. Please verify all details before confirming your order. 2. Returns & Refunds We do not accept returns of any products. No refunds are provided for any reason once an order is placed or delivered. 3. Replacement Policy Replacements are strictly limited and allowed only under these conditions: Defective, Damaged, or Wrong Product: Replacement is allowed only if the product is damaged, defective, or different from your order. You must record an unboxing video from the start, showing the product, packaging, and any damage. Replacement requests must be made within 24 hours of delivery with the unboxing video as proof. Important Conditions: Products must be in original packaging, unused, with all tags intact. No replacements for change of mind, size, color, or style. Requests without an unboxing video or after 24 hours will not be accepted. Replacement is subject to verification and at the sole discretion of JoyKart. 4.
